Most people don’t watch ads, they “skip” them. In this campaign, that’s exactly what we wanted. We cut-through the travel advertising clutter and established Hotels.com as the obvious choice for booking your next trip. We played with the digital media space and created a fun way to bring it to life. From an ad you could ‘literally skip’ to and an ad blocker that literally blocked ads, to a live stream that was exactly that. Ad Blocker received 66% engagement. Our Skipping ad won a MediaWeek award, receiving 400,000 impressions and 200,000 ‘ad skips’.
